ECS Solutions: Design
ECS is uniquely qualified to assist our customers in the
design of their product from concept to finished product.
The ECS Technical Support Staff will assist in the selection of ECS individual
component parts:
Brushes – Brush Grade selection based on the electrical and physical
requirements – electrical noise, voltage, current, speed, temperature,
duty cycle, etc.
Commutators – Matching the proper commutator type and construction
with the correct carbon brushes to yield the maximum commutation package.
Magnets – Selection of the proper magnetic material for maximum
motor performance while carefully considering cost.
The ECS Technical Support Staff will evaluate ways to combine the ECS
component parts into subassemblies and/or assemblies that will lower
cost and reduce manufacturing steps:
Brush Card Assemblies
Brush Carrier Assemblies
Magnet Stator Assemblies
Magnetic Commutator
ECS Subassembly and/or assembly development programs are supported
